Cough and wheezing, help?

I've had a cold (blocked nose, sore throat, sneezing etc) for about 5 days now. Most of the symptoms are gone accept that i have a lot of phlegm. I cough to get it out, but i'm also wheezing, when i breathe in it makes a crackling noise and i feel a tightness in my chest. I don't have asthma and i've never needed a puffer. I feel like i'm not able to take a full deep breathe without it hurting. I have a doctor booked for wednesday, what should i do in the mean time?

How come I am having trouble believing in God even though I want to?

Ehh, none of them are really good beginner lizards, but I think the best choice would be the plated lizard. Monitors get big, and they can be aggressive. It is not a good choice for anyone, I couldn't tell you how many of these large lizards are left homeless each year because their owners cannot put up with them, or they're too big (same for crocs, gators). You can get Iguanas almost at any pet shop, they look nice, they are nice, but they are kind of difficult to care for, and once again what to do when it grows up. Blue tongue skins are nice looking, but some can be pretty snippy, and their bites are very painful. I would suggest a medium sized Sudan Plated Lizard (the best one on list atleast) The ones I had were pretty docile, and if you want a fairly large lizard that you can hold, a Sudan would be a good pick. This is because someone pushed me forward on a rowing machine at the gym and I felt two crackles to the left of my lower back, but felt no pain with that day, the next, or even the next. The next day I did some stretches to check for pain including a hyperextension and moving my trunk from side to side, although I didn't feel any pain then, I did get some clear shooting pain going down my leg the next day and some prominent pain in the middle bottom of my back. I strongly suspect that my American Bulldog is allergic to fish. Not just shellfish, but any fish, seems to give him a bad itch and rash. I suspect that even the Omega-3 supplement I've used, which is essentially fish oil, is bad for him. (But a miracle for my pug -- go figure) I'm trying to pinpoint the cause of his skin allergies. 2006 Ford Focus making loud sound in rear?

My 2006 Ford Focus has 30,000 miles on it, and a few weeks ago it started making a loud sound that sounds like it's coming from the right rear portion of the car. It seems to get louder as I accelerate, but it's kind of a constant hum while I'm driving. Someone mentioned wheel bearings to me today, but would that be a problem after only 30,000 miles? I really need my car until I get the money to have it fixed, but obviously I am not going to put my life or anyone else's life in jeopardy if it could cause an accident. I'd appreciate opinions. I've been reading select bible stories( I've known of them but havent actually read them myself until now). and I'm really shocked at what the so called just God has done. For example, in Job he tortures a wonderful man just to prove point to Satan. Thats so cruel. Another is when he traumatized that other good man by telling him to kill his son. Why, that seems like an evil thing to do, even though he stopped him in the end. Or how about when he lead his own people to die of thirst and famine after they already were slaves for hundreds of years? This guy is evil, not just. And people should pray to him out of fear if nothing else.

Would being rich make social anxiety better?

I'm not saying it would make it go away completely, but I think it would definitely help in the sense that a large part of having social anxiety is caused by feeling dependent on other people's opinions and not being able to do what you really want in life without feeling guilty or having other people's approval. If you have the financial resources, you won't feel as dependent on others or have to stay in situations that make your anxiety worse like condescending people at work simply because you have no other options and want to look good in front of others .

I have been dating my current boyfriend for 6 months now. At the beginning of the relationship we had a long conversation on jealousy, and he expressed to me that he's never felt that emotion towards any of his previous girlfriends because he feels that it leads to irrational behaviour and can consequently harm the relationship. I completely agreed with him on that part but he continued to say that he wouldn't even care if his exes slept with other people as long as it made them happy. When he first told me this I thought that it must have just been a way of protecting himself from his previously slutty girlfriends and unhealthy relationships by convincing himself "he didn't care". I thought that as time went by and our realtionship grew stronger, that he might feel differently towards me and maybe show some emotion when it came to feelings of jelousy. But he's repeatedly expressed to me that he doesn't care if i were to see other guys or even if I were to have ual relations with them because love has nothing to do with lust. I told him that his way of thinking concerend me because I'd certainly have a problem if he were to cheat on me and he ured me that he only wants my happiness and that he'd never do anything to hurt me. I just don't know what to think...I don't find it normal for a person not to care at all about their partner's relations with the opposite . I really want to be a phlebotomist but I can't go to school full time. I've done some research and found an online school that I'm very interested in. But I don't know if the school in legit. The school website says it is accredited. I want to know is if anyone has attended online phlebotomy school before I pay from my application fee. From what I'm reading, you can complete the course in 2 1/2 months, complete an externship (hands on clinicals), and take the certification exam. The school also provides books and training material paid for by financial aid. I'm also out of state and I was wondering if that would impede my acceptance to the school. Should my brother's fiance have asked me to be a bridesmaid for their wedding?

VENTILATION for a gas boiler and 2 hot water heaters?

A 100,000 BTU gas boiler for a heating system and two 80 gallon hot water heaters are located in a basement. This is not a question about the exhaust vents into the chimney. It is a question about adequate air flow for the combustion. Right now there is an opening into an alley with bars and screening to let the air in. It is rather large as at one time the location housed a gigantic coal furnace. The opening is a problem because of rain, cold and pests. I would like to seal it and replace with one or two 4" PVC pipes leading to the outside attached to two 4" dryer vents installed in reverse, i.e. to let air in rather than out. The pipes would be about 4 to 5 feet long each with a loop at the top to keep the rain out. Do you think two 4" vents would be adequate to ventilate the systems and provide sufficient air flow?

Can I Still Get My License?

I have a court date Nov. 1, 2010 for a Driving While Suspended. The only thing i see that could have made it suspended is this unpaid speeding ticket. If i pay the fine will i get my license reinstated. Technically until court i'm innocent until proven guilty by a court or judge. I plan on pleading not guilty ( delaying the inevitable) so i should get my license back right? Guinea Pig Emergency help?

So it's really humid today, and I know it affects guinea pig's health, because my guinea pig got sick from it once. So I read the signs, when she started running around looking for a cold place, and I soaked her in chilly water so she can cool down. I brought her to my mom's bedroom, and she was laying on my mom's stomach. Then she wanted to layed down on my mom's legs. When she did, she started to move weirdly, almost like she was trying to get up but couldn't. I picked her up and noticed that her head was tilted to the side and she couldn't move it. When I was your age, I was never stopped by a police officer before, but I live in California, so it might be different than where you live. In the past 4 years I've been through a lot of emotional turmoil in my life, but I rose above it. He's now got two different women pregnant and he no source of income. He told me that him having children will probably solve his alcoholism. I wanted to slap the hell out of him for saying that. I've loaned him money and let him spend several nights at my place before. A couple of days ago he asked me could he live with me for a couple of months till he gets on feet. I said hell no. There are sooooooooooo many alcohol and narcotic recovery homes he can go to and stay there rent free for at least 4 months. Plus they provide food and even clothing. However, when I suggested this he told me to go phuck myself. I told him to never ever call me again until he decides to start acting like man instead of boy trapped in a man's body. I think you need to teach them self worth and encourage them to be strong enough to ignore bullies. I don't think teaching them to argue or fight can have any benefit and actually turns them into a bully themselves. Yes they should be able to stand up for themselves, but this is possible without the need for fighting. Even a child can learn this. I would also encourage them to tell a parent or teacher. That's what adults are for, to help children become responsible adults who know how to treat each other in a respectful way.

Dry Cleaners Messed up... What should i do?

I recently Purchased a spring coat from Banana Republic. The coat had ons on them and inside the ons were white decrotive pieces. I had it dry cleaned because the coat was pretty expensive and should not be washed in the washer and dryer. When i took it home and saw the job they did, i noticed the ons were now empty and the white pieces inside each on were gone, except for 2 or 3 of them. The coat is ruined without these as it looks tacky. I do not know what i should do, is the cleaners liable for the coat? Can they repay me to get the coat fixed or repaired? or is it my risk brining it there so i suffer the concecouncious?

I think Dana has the right to express his opinion, but this is really inappropriate stuff for him to be saying under his own name, as he is the well-known president and spokesperson of the UFC. An armed society is a safe society. Proven fact. Why hasn't the University of Utah had a school shooting and Virginia Tech, Columbine, and plenty more have? Why is it when there's more gun control there's more crime and gun violence? Imagine the University of Utah..where students are allowed to carry a firearm..and never had a shooting...but on a larger scale...say the United States of America...All American citizens with a clean violent criminal background record were allowed to carry (concealed or open carry) firearms without the need of a permit to do so. A robber would think twice about robbing that convenient store if the clerk and all the customers inside and outside were armed. I believe this would cause gun violence and all crimes to plummet to a national record low. And the only people who suffer from gun seizures should be violent felons and gang members.

I've seen Decalogue 7. I couldn't grasp what the film tries to communicate. This might be bcoz I watched the film with a prejudice that it's a complex piece of art. this "level" system is based off theory knowledge. The theory book usually only goes up to level 10. There are tests for each level, in my state, they're called CM tests and require knowledge of theory books 1-10, and certain pieces and scales. After level 8 or so you are required to play an etude instead of a scale The test after that is, well atleast in California, is something called PANO or PANL or something, i forget. But based on the pieces you're playing, this is about theory level 7-8 (in California). Probably guessing you're a freshman in highschool too. wild guess.

Alright, I've been smokin for a while.. Not proud of it, I just like to be high.. I don't do it during the daytime, or if I have something to take care of. I only smoke when I'm absolutely free, and at night. I do nothing bad when I'm high, I just chill and watch a movie, or read a book, or play the game, or hang out with friends. I use eye drops and gum to make it less obvious. But here's my problem. The guilt. I'm a big believer in Karma, and I don't like the negative Karma i'm gettin.. Hi everyone I'm having a huge problem. I'm a male weighing in at 280 lbs. I started a diet and exercise regimen a month ago working out ~45 minutes everyday and eating about 1800 - 2000 calories per day. Everytime I have done this is the past I have lost lots of weight I lost about 100 lbs 2 year back by doing this but sadly put it all back on. This has been a difficult struggle for me and today I weight 280lbs like I did last month... I've talked to dietitians and nutritionists as well as trainers and followed everything. My poor 5 year old suffers nightly with sevear leg cramps. Dr just claims growing pains... HELP!?

For most of my son's young life he has suffered from mive leg cramps. Even from as young as a couple months I can recall him waking up kicking and having a rock hard calf. It seems to act up when he has been very active earlier that day. However, it has become a nightly issue and keeps him from sleep. I have talked to several doctors and they say its just growing pains. My gut says otherwise because now the pains are showing up during the day as well. Someone please help me. It sound like you have two things going on here: Common cold or sinus issues plus some level of hypochondriasis. The acute anxiety that comes with feeling like you may be dying can often mimic a panic attack, or you could be very well experiencing panic attacks. Think of it as a cycle...common sickness->thoughts of dying->increased anxiety->possible panic attack. The only symptoms that are not somatic are those from the sinus or common cold issues. If you have been to the doctor and have been confirmed healthy, then accept that your physical health is fine and concentrate on your mental health. People often underestimate the control the mind has over the body.

Me and my friends are all buying paintball guns and my budget it at max 300 which would be the Zenith. Recently i bought Roland SPD-30. When im saving the kits to USB(pendrive) and connected it to pc it shows KIT01.BIN(actually in pad it shows the kit name that we have saved) and not playing in pc.Is there any software that converts palyable sounds in pc like mp3,wav,amr, etc..to Roland SPD-30 format(what the sound are in inbult)or to recognize it. I think .BIN(but not exactly).So, its easy to covert sounds by using that software and save to USB (pendrive) then the pad can recognize it and we can load to it.

Knock knock go away/is this the norm on a 4cyl?

okay i got the tension pulley fixed in my caravan now when im idle i here a flapping or a spitting in the engine area and when i am in motion a knock not real loud but as i accelerate it gets faster too ive changed the spark plugs and the PVC valve i do have a e vap leak that shows up on a scan but i don't think that would cause this sound its a 2001 4 cyl. dodge caravan with 91,000 miles oh i read the gap instrucyions on my van it said 50 so i did spead the gap to 50 on my sparkplugs.oh yah and im told this sound is normal for 4cyl,s with over 80,000 miles is there any truth in that.

Why is it so hard to stop focusing on something you can't change?

For six years, my best friend and I were inseparable. We were always together. Our senior year, we had talked about how we were going to get an apartment together and go to college together. I thought that she was always gonna be there and I had a friend for life. Before we could do any of that, a month after we graduated, she got married! It was so sudden and she had only dated the guy for 2 weeks. My other friends and I never even met him until after they were married. No one understands why she decided to get married. They went to the courthouse and got married. Her family offered to give her the wedding of her dreams. They told her she could have it annulled and they would give her any kind of wedding she wanted. She refused. I have asked her why she did it but I never get a straight answer out of her. I never see her anymore... It is so hard to go from seeing someone every day to never seeing them at all. Her husband is very controlling. Now, she is pregnant and due any day now. It so hard to know how to say goodbye to someone that was such a big part of my life.. Is something wrong with me? I mean, I just can't be okay with this. If I thought she was truly happy, I would eventually come to terms with it...but, as of now, I have no clue how to cope. Guess it's just one of those things in life that I'm just gonna have to deal with... Any advice?
