It's only a yeast infection which is basically like a bad itch there. It could come from not being properly clean or like suffocation of your (tight pains will do it). And there more things that can cause it. It's not a bad thing. You can use creams and take some AZO yeast infection pills (I think they're called that and it should be gone in 3 days or a week at the most.
