I have chicken thats been in the refrigerator since Friday, it it ok?

It came out of the freezer and I defrosted it and put it in the refrigorator. This was last Friday 4-5 days ago. Is it stil good? It says sell by July 11th but it was frozen since before then. Thankn you!!!
