I have feelings for my best guy friend, but..?

he always asks me to hook him up with my friends or one of my roommates. we talk about everything and we are really close, i have told him the last couple times that the other girls just arent right for him but he hasnt gotten the hint, i dont want to make it awkward between us so what do i do? he's now a pledge in a fraternity and he has kinda changed already, like we havent talked or hung out like we did before he became a pledge a few weeks ago, i dont know what to do?
