Problems With My Phone!?

okk so i am an att customer with the samsung impression. i love the phone except that i have to shut it off and on about 7 times a day. this is because when i go to sent texts, it sometimes wont go through unless i shut it off and turn it back on. i have gotten i think 3 replacements because of this problem. its getting really annoying and i want a new one. im wondering if i can get a different phone instead of having to keep getting the one i have now? and if this is possible will it be a sucky phone or an actual good one? i dont know if this is possible but i hope it is!
