Why do boys want the "Whole Package" from a girl?

Why do guys always want a girl with a big azz and big chest, why cant they go out with other girls with a-cups and a smaller azz? Whats so special about a girl having the "Whole Package"? I think thats stupid and that girls like me should get the same looks boys are giving to these "Developed" girls. Why can't girls like me ("Late Bloomers") get the same looks as other girls?
