Phlebotomy school online?

I really want to be a phlebotomist but I can't go to school full time. I've done some research and found an online school that I'm very interested in. But I don't know if the school in legit. The school website says it is accredited. I want to know is if anyone has attended online phlebotomy school before I pay from my application fee. From what I'm reading, you can complete the course in 2 1/2 months, complete an externship (hands on clinicals), and take the certification exam. The school also provides books and training material paid for by financial aid. I'm also out of state and I was wondering if that would impede my acceptance to the school.
