Help with research citation?

I have a research paper due soon and we have to cite every borrowed material after the section. I have a few citations, one of which is an encloypedia citation. There is no direct author or edior so how should I cite it. Example of a regular citation: The 1920's had 100,000 cars made and sold. (Twain 120-340).
