Where is the best place to live in California?

live right by the beach. then you'll go surfing everyyyyday :D except.. it costs money.. but since money's no issue then go fot it! not the san diego one though.. the shark incident kinda scared me... but you should go to LAKE TAHOE too. its so beautiful. its super blue and so .. amazinggggg. you can ride boats and fish and go up in the mountains. i love it there :)
