Is there any software that coverts Mp3 to BIN?

Recently i bought Roland SPD-30. When im saving the kits to USB(pendrive) and connected it to pc it shows KIT01.BIN(actually in pad it shows the kit name that we have saved) and not playing in pc.Is there any software that converts palyable sounds in pc like mp3,wav,amr, etc..to Roland SPD-30 format(what the sound are in inbult)or to recognize it. I think .BIN(but not exactly).So, its easy to covert sounds by using that software and save to USB (pendrive) then the pad can recognize it and we can load to it.
