Can I Still Get My License?

I have a court date Nov. 1, 2010 for a Driving While Suspended. The only thing i see that could have made it suspended is this unpaid speeding ticket. If i pay the fine will i get my license reinstated. Technically until court i'm innocent until proven guilty by a court or judge. I plan on pleading not guilty ( delaying the inevitable) so i should get my license back right? I checked online and i have no reinstatement fees it just says URGENT- The Status Of Your Operators License Is- Suspended Prior. P.S. I called the place of my speeding ticket and they said after 24 hours of making a payment they send the info to the BMV and they should be back.
