Which Lizard out of these pick should i get please help?

Ehh, none of them are really good beginner lizards, but I think the best choice would be the plated lizard. Monitors get big, and they can be aggressive. It is not a good choice for anyone, I couldn't tell you how many of these large lizards are left homeless each year because their owners cannot put up with them, or they're too big (same for crocs, gators). You can get Iguanas almost at any pet shop, they look nice, they are nice, but they are kind of difficult to care for, and once again what to do when it grows up. Blue tongue skins are nice looking, but some can be pretty snippy, and their bites are very painful. I would suggest a medium sized Sudan Plated Lizard (the best one on list atleast) The ones I had were pretty docile, and if you want a fairly large lizard that you can hold, a Sudan would be a good pick.
