I don't know what to do...I like him still after he..... help!!!?

there is this guy at my school i liked. My friend asked him out for me on wendsday WITHOUT ME KNOWING ABOUT.She also told him that i dont know about it and told him to keep it a secret. i really kinda dont mind but when she asked him he said i will give you an answers either on thurday or friday. at the end of that (wendsday) he kept looking at me at the corner of his eye ..,.wich was unusual. Anywyz my friend told me on the bus what she did i was kinda pissed but yet happy..OKAY thursday came around and i was hoping for the answer i wanted. he told my freind NO that he wouldnt go out with me although he would like to because a nother girl asked him out the same day as me and he said that he woudlnt like to choose because it will make 1 person feel bad. ANYWYZ I STILL LIKE WHAT SHALL I DO???...........plz dont answer if you going to say anything negative.
