Does anybody here believe in ghost? Hear EVP?

Stange noises and voices as well as sightings hve been going on in my apartment. I never have experianced something like this. My friend and I recorded some voices that one is saying, "Don't give up". The other one starts out the same way sounding like broken gl or weird chime sounds, but we just hear some type of yelling afterword. We sent the voices to a ghost hunter a friend told us to go to. Now awaiting results. I just feel like I am being watched. Anyone else ever deal with this?
