Maytag Fridge problem?

A week ago my fridge iced over the inside coils. I defrosted them, with blow dryer. Worked fine till yesterday. Now it has stopped working again. The relay switch is burned now, and it keeps clicking every few seconds. Maytag Model # MSD2456DE or part # 61004918 for relay switch. Replacing this switch, will it solve my cooling and freezer problem
