There is a child molestor in my neighborhood,is There a way to find out who he molested on the internet?

all my chick friends are scared of him and one of them said she searched child molesters on the internet and he was in for our neighborhood.i couldn't belive it so im asking on here,is their a way to know if there is a child molester in your neighborhood?
