Is my brother's hamster sick?

I got a hamster a few weeks ago, same thing happend, she had wet tail. The people at PetCo where I got her from told us its just like the flu, but for hamsters. They had no idea what they were talking about. They were tottaly wrong. They took her in their care and she died. She had all the symptoms you listed above. Take her in asap
