Is there any hope for me with this girl that i like? (I'm 21 shes 20)?

i been talkin to this girl for a few months now, and she is UNBELIEVABLY hot and cold. One week she talks to me alotttt then the next week..NOTHING. so i invited her over my house 2 weeks ago cause my fam was having a barbeque. She stayed for a longg time, was not shy and talked to my fam(and she is kind of a shy person so i was kinda surprised by that). That night when she got home, she texted me tellin me she had alot of fun, and the next 4 days she Im/texted me every day, askin me why i wasnt at the gym a few times, and one of those days, Imed/texted me 4 TIMES IN THE SAME day. So, me and her went mini golfin last week and it went good,she gave me some cookies she baked, i went in her house to meet her parents(her mom was very nice to me,called me cute a few times, said i was handsome), but the next day i texted her and she didnt answer for like 3 hours, then when she did i texted her back and she neva said a word..and the past 4 days she hasnt CONTACTED ME ONCE.
