Vasectomy reversals?? (only sensible answers please!!)?

My fiance had a vasectomy about ten years ago before he met me!!! I already have a daughter and he has a son but I would like to have more children in the near future. Does anyone know if he could get it reversed and if he will be able to have children after he has had it reversed!!!
