Has iui worked for you?

i've just had my second iui attempt and cant test for another 8 days and i'm going mad... i'm very lucky and have a beautiful 4 year old, but we desperately want to complete our family. my husband had chemo, which reduced his sperm, but it's now rising again (49m with 70%good motility now) and i have polycystic ovaries. with our latest attempt i released 2 follicles at 20mm and 24mm and i'm praying its worked. does any one have any advice for me or if you've had anything similar please tell me of your experience. and good luck to all of you that may be trying. :-)
