Is the love story from the movie "The Titanic" true?

It's a beautiful story and I'm sure that hollywood played it up a little, but there WAS a J.Dawson on the ship who died because he has a grave at the cemetery for the Titanic non-survivors ( a href="http://www.vacation-nova-scotia-tourism.com/nova-scotia-halifax-fairlawn-cemetery-cemetary-graveyard-titanic-disaster-graves.shtml" rel="nofollow"http://www.vacation-nova-scotia-tourism.…/a ). However- if you check the pener list( a href="http://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/titanic_penger_list/" rel="nofollow"http://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/tit…/a ) - there is NO J.Dawson or ANY Dawson listed. There is a Rosalie Bidois who registered in 1st cl but only as servant. So is it possible that there was a real love story but between two servants? Ugh...does anyone know more than what I have figured out?
