911 plz help im realy screed law and will i get arrested? Muskogee ok?

Ok i got a ticket about a mth ago for runing a redlight...today was the day i had to go to court the ticket said at what looked like 21:30 or 2:30 or 1:13 soo i went up there at 100 and asked the lady at the desk wear i should b at and they said that i had messd court it was at 8:30.....i asked what i needed to do they said just b here at 8:30 tomorrow and ull b fine ...i asked if i would get arrest they said no...i asked if i had a worent out for my arrest they said no ........could they be lien to and realy lock me up tomorrow when i show up for messing my 1st court date??
