Birthing CD's?

Has anyone used any relaxation cd's during their pregnancy and labor to ist with pain management? I have looked up a few online but really would rather not buy without getting to hear them first or knowing that they were helpful to someone. I am looking for a cd i can use for meditation and relaxation through the rest of my pregnancy and for labor even that has a soothing voice coaching you on breathing and such. any suggestions?
